Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

As a policy, we do not offer returns but our customer care team would be happy to assist you for any product or size related concerns.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or exchanging the product as per your order. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Item(s) bought during sale event are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.

SHIRTS

• Product is manufactured only on a made-to-order basis.
• Since each product is manufactured on a made-to-order basis, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to look into the matter.

PERFUME

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed.
